    1. We are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. 2. A corporate trainer is an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess. 3. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel. Role & Responsibilities 1. Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions 2. Identify the skill and gap of the staff based on their approval and support relevant training 3. Design effective training programs 4. Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc. 5. Prepare educational material such as training manual, module summaries, videos etc. & circulate to all in prior 6. Select and book venues 7. Support and mentor new employees 8. Keep attendance and other records 9. Manage training budgets 10. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement 11. Monitor employee performance and response to training 12. Conducts computer training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work procedures, work flow, and reports; understanding job-specific functions and tasks. 13. Designs computer training manuals by identifying and describing information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy. 14.     Drafting and vetting of Deeds, Agreements, MoUs, Term Sheets, Letter of Intent etc. relating to acquisition of properties under various arrangements as well as drafting and vetting of various commercial agreements; Conducting legal due diligence exercises and providing in-house legal advice on issues relating to Property laws, Real Estate Laws, Contractual and Commercial laws; Real Estate documentation including drafting of standard document templates for repetitive documents, Development Agreement, Power of Attorney and spearheading streamlining of procedures relating to transfer of units; Litigation Management including Pre-litigation Analysis & Research, communications, notices, attending conferences with Counsels and briefing them as well as drafting and vetting notices, pleadings, petitions and notes of arguments; Contract Management and activities related thereto which includes monitoring the terms of contract, negotiation, drafting and vetting of various Negotiate and counsels, opposing parties, brokers and external agencies so as to ensure the successful settlement of disputes and other legal issues; Liaison with Financial Institutions/ Banks and their empanelled Lawyers in respect of legal issues and necessary documentation for ensuring smooth processing of project finance; Actively involved in companys Secretarial matters including drafting of notices, agenda, minutes, resolutions etc. and provide major support in corporate restructuring and reorganization exercises.
