ASSISTANT MANAGER-EXM
On-line application for Advance License, DFRC, DEPB and EPCG Licenses  Scrutiny of original licenses and correction if any needed, and sending original licenses to DRO with copies of DFRC & DEPB to A/Cs. Department.  Liaison with Customs Clearing Agent pertaining to verification of DFRC, DEPB, issuance of RA and related work.  Discharge of export obligation pertaining to Advance License, EPCG License and related work for submission to JDGFT.  Visit to JDGFT and liaison pertaining to all types of License and other related work as needed.  Preparation of note and updating of EXIM Policy, Custom Notification and other statutory changes.  Effective implementation of ISO 9001:2000 requirements and initiating Corrective & Preventive Actions as per the requirements.  Having exposure in Import activity & Letters of Credit.
Commercial Head – Transportation Division
To lead and manage business activities of Transportation business yielding revenues and profitability from owned vehicles. To ensure the owned vehicles are optimally utilities • To head the functions sales and other functions of business • To work-out budgets, funding, working capital, collections, banking…etc related monetary activities of the business • To monitor statutory compliance, regulatory requirements and ensure maintenance of requisite papers & documents • To lead and manage a team • To allocate work tasks to members • To ensure timely updation of MIS • To prepare MIRs for facilitating management to take business decisions

Coordinated with different contractors of interior residential projects. · Coordinated with the designers, as per the site conditions, giving detailed site report from the supervisors of the site, getting detailed technical drawings from the designers, after checking getting approved by the director, make the supervisors and contactors understand the drawings and finally release the drawings for final execution at the sites. · Visited the interior sites to check the execution as per the detailed drawings with the supervisors and contactors.
