Can handle entire customer services related activities. Taking rates from Airlines, issuing air waybills, shippers interaction, updating to clients, interaction with overseas agents, all documentation, Airlines Follow ups, MIS & Sales reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Smart Female Graduate with excellent communication skills/computer knowledge, having worked with Airlines/Freight forwarding with similar job profile. You need to have excellent contact with airlines/CHA etc.
