Understanding the complete organization structure with complete roles &responsibilities of each member (300-400 nos.). 2. Ensure all HR related compliances are being followed at all 6 branches without any delay in any HR related process 3. Keeping all team members in all 6 branches motivated and encourage them to perform their duties towards the organization with utmost diligence 4. Keep the Recruitment/Talent monument drive on as per competition in industry and organization growth. Exploring various avenues for finding the right candidate and ensuring all open positions are closed as per our requirement. 5. Updating the company HR policies as per the changing times and industry requirements 6. Conduct and get involved in the ISO audit process at various branches. Maintain and update the manual and prepare complete department wise analysis (PESTEL, SWOT etc.) as per the ISO requirement 7. Introducing new Employee Engagement activities at various branches, Arrange training and development activities by understanding the requirements of the organisation/ each department/ job role of each employee. |
